Hello. My husband and I can get an amazing deal this winter with our Starwood points at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. (Yes, we could also get deals at Sheraton Waikiki or Moana Surfrider, but the deals don%26#39;t compare.)
We usually stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village. We%26#39;ve stayed at Sheraton Kauai, the Westin Grand Bahama and the Westin Grand Cayman (that%26#39;s the quality level we%26#39;re accustomed to.)
SO: Will the rooms at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani disappoint us in comparison? We don%26#39;t mind walking a block to the beach -- if that%26#39;s where our savings come from. But if the rooms are depressing or chintzy, we%26#39;ll probably splurge on a higher-end property.
Anyone have any thoughts comparing Sheraton PK to Hilton Hawaiian Village or any Westin/Sheraton properties?
Thanks in advance.
Sheraton Princess Kaiulani: will room disappoint Westin fan?
I just stayed at the Princess Kaiulani and the Sheraton Waikiki late August, both with an excellent deals from Starwood.
I wouldn%26#39;t hesitate to go back to the Princess Kaiulani again with my family, but the Sheraton Waikiki is so much better and is worth the extra $/points. I think the rooms are larger and are very modern at the Waikiki. For me, I would stay on the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani because I like to stretch out my vacations by finding great deals.
