Where can I find a Catholic church?

I would like to attend mass while I%26#39;m visiting. Staying in Kapaa and need to know where the closest or best church is to attend? Thank you.

Where can I find a Catholic church?

Suggestion for Sunday:

Attend mass at St. Williams Church (9:00)Hanalei

Go to Sunday brunch or order off menu during Sunday brunch at Princeville Hotel (10:00 on)

Tour the northshore by car stopping at the beaches to view the turqouise water or go to the lighthouse in Kilauea (both northshore area)

Return to Hanalei for ice cream or shaved ice in the middle of town

3:00 go to the concert for $15/$20 (depends on age)held at the Hanalei Community Center right by the church you went to in the morning. The concert is a slack key concert of a couple (Doug and Sandy McMasters) who live in Kauai. They have you sit in comfortable chairs in a room with a window at the top of the ceiling and with the windows open and cool breezes flowing through. It is magical and allows you to begin your day with a spiritual moment and end it the same way. This is a concert but very very casual with people listening to the history of slack key, hawaii and their lives. It%26#39;s funny, warm and enriching.

On the way back to Kapaa stop at Scotty%26#39;s which is an open air restaurant with a roof that overlooks the ocean, green field and lovely coconut trees. This restaurant is on the north side of Kapaa. The view is unbelieveable. You will only be a few miles from home.

We did something like this on our Sunday and we thought the day was one of our most special days.

Unfortunately brunch at the Princeville will have to wait until next year as the hotel closes this week. Wake Up Cafe will have to do.

St William%26#39;s mass is at 9am.

St. Raphael%26#39;s Catholic Church in Koloa is the oldest church on Kauai, founded in 1841. It is a beautiful church and we have attended Mass there often.

my wife and I attended St Catherines in Kapaa on 8/3 this year and really enjoyed it. Very welcoming people in the church, really liked the architecture of the building and the music was great too,

Aloha from Princeville...

We have several Catholic churches here on Kauai.

St. William (Hanalei), St. Sylvester (Kilauea), and St. Catherine (Kapa`a) are partnered. You can read more about them, here:

Immaculate Conception is tucked down in a little valley the Hanamaulu/Lihu`e area:

St. Raphael%26#39;s (Koloa) is historically significant:

The west side is home for Holy Cross (Kalaheo), and St. Theresa (Kekaha).
