We will be there in about a month and Im curious about the construction next door to the Bay Villas?

Yes, there is still construction going on next door to the Bay Villas on the South and will be into 2009 sometime. If you are staying in the Bay Villas you will be sharing the entrance and exit road with the construction trucks. The large cranes are no longer there though and that is a definite plus for the view. I would choose a unit in the North section of the Bay Villas away from the construction noise. You probably won%26#39;t notice it much at all if you are in the far North area. If you are renting thru an agency I would contact them and ask about where your condo is and if you can see or hear any of the construction. If you are staying in The Ridge Villas or the Golf Villas there is almost no impact at all from the construction. Good luck...it%26#39;s a beautiful area!
